Article 12
1. If the user becomes aware of relevant new information or
modifies the contained use in a way which could have significant
consequences for the risks posed by the contained use, or if the
category of genetically modified micro-organisms used is changed,
the competent authority shall be informed as soon as possible and
the notification under Articles 8, 9 and 10 modified.
2. If information becomes available subsequently to the competent
authority which could have significant consequences for the risks
posed by the contained use, the competent authority may require the
user to modify the conditions of, suspend or terminate the
contained use.
