Article 5
Articles 7 to 12 shall not apply to the transport of genetically
modified micro-organisms by road, rail, inland waterway, sea or
air. This Directive shall not apply to the storage, transport,
destruction or disposal of genetically modified micro-organisms
which have been placed on the market under Community legislation,
which includes a specific risk assessment similar to that provided
in this Directive.
