Article 22
1. Member States and the Commission shall meet regularly and
exchange information on the experience acquired with regard to the
prevention of risks related to the release of GMOs into the
environment.
2. Every three years, Member States shall send the Commission a
report on the measures taken to implement the provisions of this
Directive, the first time being on 1 September 1992.
3. Every three years, the Commission shall publish a summary based
on the reports referred to in paragraph 2, the first time being in
1993.
